- Your childβs details will be passed on to their Coach and Team Manager. They will then be in contact with you before the first training session and game of the season!
- With the Easter holidays ahead of us, please be patient with contact from your Coach and TM. They are volunteers and have family/ work commitments, just like everyone.
- If your child does not have a number recorded next to their name above, this indicates that we do not have a jersey number allocated to them.
- If your team does not have a Coach or Team Manager listed above, please consider volunteering for this role. To express your interest, please contact our Club President, Brendan at [email protected]
- Volunteers are provided with support from our committee and other members along with a $120 refund of fees for coaches and $30 refund of fees for Team Managers.

- All new players to the club are required to present an original birth certificate or passport to a committee member for review.
- Presentation of these documents will allow us to confirm the age of the player, prior to the season commencing and games being played.
- Failing to have your childβs birth certificate sighted prior to the season commencing, will mean they are unable to play until their DOB is confirmed by a committee member.
|
- Please attend our Uniform Day at Lynbrook Primary School on Sunday 29th March from 11.00am - 1.00pm to have your childβs birth certificate sighted.

- What should my child wear and bring to training?
- Clothing suitable for physical activity, a full drink bottle and where possible a correct size basketball for your childβs age group
- Please ensure your child avoids wearing wrist, finger, neck or ear adornments (similar to during a game).
- If you have any training concerns/ clashes, please contact your Coach or Team Manager who will collate this information and forward to the club.
- Please be aware our training schedule is extremely tight and we cannot always accomodate individual family requests as the availability of our volunteer coaches and the rest of the team need to be taken into consideration.

- At Fielders, we pride ourselves on being a family focused club. A friendly reminder, that all our committee members are volunteers who give up their own time and energy to ensure the club runs smoothly. Our committee members have their own families, work commitments etc, so we appreciate your patience and kindness when waiting for a response.
- All families are expected to participate in scoring their childβs game throughout the season. A roster system will be created by your Team Manager. We appreciate families may not be familiar with the scoring system; however the game referees are more than happy to explain the system to you. Scorers are required to be focused and take their score bench duties seriously and behave in a manner expected of game officials.
- Each team has a Coach and a Team Manager who has volunteered themselves for this role. In saying this, families are asked to not coach from the sidelines during the game. Too many instructions can be confusing for players.
- Under no circumstances will abuse of any players, officials be tolerated by Fielders Basketball Club. We expect all parents to read and follow the Fielders Parent Behaviour Expectations and share the Fielders Player Behaviour Expectations with their children.
- We encourage families to review and be aware of our Concerns, Complaints and Grievances Policy along with the Terms and Conditions of their registration to Fielders Basketball Club.
