Summer Fees
Fees for the Summer 26/27 season will be $300 per child and will be required to be paid upfront when registering in PlayHQ.
We understand paying fees all at once is not always possible. PlayHQ offers PayPal Pay in 4, allowing eligible families to spread the cost over four interest-free instalments.
Sibling Discount
A 5% discount will automatically be calculated for eligible children in your cart when you register your children under the same PlayHQ account.
It is important to note that PlayHQ requires you to register and pay for each child separately, but will assign the sibling discount to the second and subsequent children if they are registered under the same email address.

If you're coaching, team managing or serving on the Executive Committee this season, please check the WhatsApp group for the registration discount code provided by our Treasurer, Marnie.

Volunteer Discounts
- 🏀 Coach or Executive Committee Member – $120
- 👥 Team Manager – $30
- 🏀 Coaching two teams? Receive $120 for your first team plus an additional $60 for your second team.
- Only one volunteer discount applies per person and will be the highest applicable discount, for example Coach + Team Manager = $120.
Not sure if you can commit yet?
Simply register your child and indicate your interest in
volunteering. Once your role is confirmed, we'll arrange a
refund of the applicable volunteer discount.

2nd Team Requests
If your child is offered a place in a second team, we'll be in touch with payment details.
Payment must be made in full, or a suitable payment plan arranged with our Treasurer, before the end of grading (Game 6).
BV Fees
There are two annual registration fees payable per child. One from Basketball Victoria (BV) and one from Basketball Australia (BA).
BV Annual Participant Licence – $34
BA Game Development Levy – $5.50

Payment Plans
As outlined in our Fee Policy, Fielders operates a No Pay, No Play policy.
If payments are not up to date in accordance with your agreed payment plan, including PayPal Pay in 4, your child will be unable to take the court.
Outstanding fees may also be reported to the Casey Basketball Association and could affect your child's eligibility to play for other Casey clubs.
New Members
Under Casey Basketball Association By-Laws, all new Fielders players must present proof of date of birth before taking the court for their first game.
DOB Verification will take place at our Uniform Day.
Please do not email copies of these documents, as they cannot be accepted.

Uniforms
A full Fielders uniform, including a jersey and shorts bundle, costs $105.
NEW PLAYERS:
Within one week of registering, our Uniform Coordinator will send an email to the email address entered at the time of PlayHQ registration. Please ensure you check your junk or spam email folders for this email.
EXISTING PLAYERS:
Using the email address from your original registration, log in using the uniform ordering link and your existing password.
A gentle reminder for all existing players that it takes approximately six weeks for our supplier to make the uniform. If your child needs a new one, please place your order as soon as possible.
If your child only requires a new pair of shorts, please contact our Uniform Coordinator, Jo, before placing an order. Jo has some additional shorts available for purchase.
UNIFORM DAYS
We will be holding two Uniform Days prior to the season commencing. This will allow players and families to try on uniforms before committing to a purchase.
Our Uniform Days will be held on Monday 21st September and Wednesday 30th September from 4.30pm - 6.00pm at Lynbrook Primary School. Please ensure you attend one of these days to arrange your child's uniform.
SECONDHAND UNIFORMS
Occasionally, second-hand uniforms become available via our Facebook page. Before purchasing a second-hand uniform, please contact our Uniform Coordinator, Jo, to ensure there are no number clashes within your child's team.

Training Schedules
We have several training venues booked between the hours of 4:30pm–8:30pm, Monday through to Friday, at multiple venues across Berwick, Narre Warren South, Lynbrook and Clyde.
Priority of training days and times is given to our volunteer coaches, with consideration given to players who play at representative level.
