Fees for the Winter 2026 season will be $300 per child and will be required to be paid upfront when registering in PlayHQ.

Families who are unable to make this payment in full, can opt in for a PayPal Pay in 4 payment plan, directly within PlayHQ. Fielders do not offer individualised payment plans for 1st team fees.

Yes, a 5% discount will automatically be calculated for eligible children in your cart when you register your children under the same PlayHQ account. It is important to note that PlayHQ requires you to register and pay for each child separately, but will assign the sibling discount to second and subsequent children if they are registered under the same email address.

The discount for Coaches and Executives on the Committee is $120 and for Team Managers it is $30. If you volunteer to coach two teams, you can receive the initial discount of $120 followed by an additional discount of $60 for the second team. All other discounts are as per our Fee Policy e.g. a parent who coaches one team and is a team manager for another, will only receive one discount valued at the higher amount of $120.

If you are unsure of whether you are able to participate at this stage, please provide your expression of interest when registering your child and once we confirm we can arrange for a refund of the discounted amount.

Once we are able to confirm that we can place your child in a second team, we will contact you for a direct deposit payment.

This payment will be required to be made in full or a suitable payment plan arranged with our Treasurer, by the end of grading games. (Game 6).

There are 2 annual registration fees payable per child . One from Basketball Victoria (BV) and one from Basketball Australia (BA)

As per our fee policy we implement a
No Pay, No Play ruling.

If you are not up to date with your payments as per your plan (including PayPal Pay in 4 plans), your child will not be able to take to the court on game days.

Non-payment of fees is reported to the Casey Basketball Association and will affect your child’s ability to play at other clubs within Casey.

As part of our due diligence, rights and obligations under the Casey Basketball Association Bylaws, all new members to Fielders MUST provide an original birth certificate for sighting as requested prior to their child taking the court for game day.

The opportunity for DOB Sightings will occur at our Uniform Day on Sunday 29th March

NEW PLAYERS:
Within one week of registering, our Uniform Coordinator will send an email to the email address entered at the time of PlayHQ registration. Please ensure you check your junk or spam email folders for this email.

EXISTING PLAYERS:
Using the email address from your original registration, log in via this link, using the password Fielders21 (unless you previously changed to your own).

A gentle reminder for all existing players that it takes approximately six weeks for our supplier to make the uniform, therefore if your child needs a new one, please ensure that you put your order in as soon as possible.

UNIFORM DAYS
We will be holding two Uniform Days, which will be held prior to the season commencing. This will allow players and families to try on uniforms before committing to a purchase.

Our first uniform day will be held on Sunday 29th March from 11:00am - 1:00pm at Lynbrook Primary School.

SECONDHAND UNIFORMS
Occasionally, second-hand uniforms become available via our Facebook page. Before purchasing a second-hand uniform, it is important that you contact our Uniform Coordinator, Jo to ensure there are no number clashes within your child’s team.

We have several training venues booked between the hours of 4:30pm – 8:30pm, Monday through to Friday.

Our training venues including: Berwick Fields Primary, Heritage College (Narre Warren South Campus), Fountain Gate Primary School, Lynbrook Primary School and Rivercrest. Training is allocated on a half court per team for up to 1 hour on a set day.

Priority of training days/times is given to our volunteer coaches with consideration given to our players who play at representative level.
